Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and the cream must not have been used. Be sure to include the order number on a note with the returned item.

Once we have received and checked the returned item and it meets our return conditions, we will refund the amount within 7 days to the payment method used for the original order.

If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you to discuss and see how we can resolve it.

Please note that we will not refund shipping charges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
