Return information
We understand very well that you want to see the Skinlight bottle in real life and hold it in your hands. At skinlight it is of course possible to exchange or return your order. You have 14 days to report your return, after this report you have another 14 days for the return itself. As soon as we have received your return, it will be inspected, everything is good and we have received your order in good order, you will receive your money back from us within 14 days. Preferably use the return form that you can use at the bottom of this page. We would appreciate it if you also send an email to support@skinlightcreme.nl if you want to return, so that we are already informed.
Good to know:
You may hold Skinlight in your hands and view it up close, but please note that the right of return expires when you start using the product. Unfortunately, testing the substance is also not allowed. We do not reimburse the costs for return. We recommend that you also use the packaging box as a return box. In this way, the return will reach us as well as possible. Always include your order details such as order number, date of order and your personal details with your return, or use the form below. Products that have been opened, used or tested cannot be returned.
